Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog; define propositions, UX frameworks, and product requirements aligned with market trends and user needs to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather feedback and ensure cohesive product messaging and delivery.
• Define priority features based on customer impact, effort, and business alignment.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and key customers to enhance collaboration, improve service-level agreements (SLAs), and resolve critical issues.
• Drive product enhancements and innovation by identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive market dynamics.
• Analyze market trends and user data to identify areas for improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to launch.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of remittance
• transactions.
• Ability to conduct and deliver product training and documentation for internal stakeholders.
