Engineer Customer Quality including Complaint Management

Overview

In your new role you will :

• Perform customer complaint management and reporting of customer complaint cases.
• Conduct in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR).
• Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line.
• Work closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations with regards to investigations of customer quality related issues, and the development and implementation of test-related corrective actions pertaining to those issues.
• Present ideas, concepts, data and plans with high confidence in team meetings and executive review meetings.
