Senior Executive - Branding & IP Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Brand guidelines, frameworks and policies.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all business units, platforms, and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand alignment in marketing, communications, and corporate initiatives.
• Conduct periodic audits on all collaterals and media platforms to identify brand compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Safeguard the company’s intellectual property by ensuring proper usage of trademarks, logos, and brand assets.
• Work with Legal / IP teams to monitor, register, and enforce protection of brand-related intellectual property rights. Identify and address potential misuse, infringement, or dilution of brand assets internally and externally.
• Administrative support on IP and Trademark related matters which includes maintaining records / database ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Track and monitor IP deadlines, renewal dates, and other critical timelines to ensure compliance.
• Able to proof read basic IP related agreements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide support in brand campaigns and initiatives to enhance Sunway brand as well as any other ad-hoc task assigned by supervisors from time-to-time.
• Other duties as assigned by line manager.
