We are seeking an experienced

Senior Engineer, Subsea

to join a leading energy operator. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will focus on the integrity, operability, and long-term performance of subsea production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to ensure safe and reliable operation of subsea production systems, risers, and transfer lines.
• Develop and implement long-term integrity management strategies, including risk-based inspection (RBI) plans.
• Lead and execute subsea inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR) campaigns, including preparation of scopes, workpacks, and method statements.
• Manage subsea contractors, vessels, ROV, and intervention activities, including equipment readiness, testing, and logistics.
• Maintain subsea inspection records, anomaly tracking, and integrity dashboards.
• Represent the company for both offshore and onshore subsea operations when required.
• Support technical investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and technical standards throughout all activities.
