Lead Subsea Pipeline Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Subsea Pipeline Engineer to drive the design and execution of subsea pipeline and riser systems for major offshore projects. This role covers the full project lifecycle—from conceptual and FEED studies to detailed engineering, installation support, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering deliverables for subsea pipelines and risers.
• Develop pipeline design basis, route selection studies, and material / coating specifications.
• Perform advanced engineering analyses, including wall thickness, stability, buckling, free-span, hydrodynamics, and installation studies.
• Oversee MTO generation for subsea and onshore pipeline systems, including corrosion protection and AC mitigation.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, datasheets, and alignment sheets.
• Support HAZID / HAZOP sessions to ensure designs meet safety and environmental standards.
• Provide technical oversight to third-party contractors and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams.
