Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

• Set up mould, troubleshoot and ensure mould changeover carried out in time as per schedule
• Ensure process consistency, respond and take action immediately when production output and yield go below set target
• Responsible for recording daily machine running parameter and data collection for machine / process / material performance and quality analysis
• Record machine daily downtime. Report to Assistance Engineer / Process Engineer whenever there is abnormality
• Respond to SPC alert and rectify any process related issue to ensure product produced meets acceptance criteria
• Support process validation team
• Conduct training to other Process Technicians
• Perform training to other relevant and related responsibilities as assigned by superior
