Responsibilities

Assist the Executive to monitor all activities in and out of inventory of spare parts at the service centre
Record all inventory of spare parts at the service center
Perform stock calculations in the middle and end of the year
Receive and record receipt of spare parts stock from spare parts department and headquarters
To help ensure quality services are provided to customers
To ensure workshop area to high standard of housekeeping (5’s and cleanliness)

Requirements

Diploma in Automotive or equivalent

Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitask and good interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge on Automotive Spare Parts is added advantage

Proactive with sense of urgency

Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
