Job description

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with area managers and frontline employees
Coach sales team in driving the business
Liaising with key departments for business improvement strategies
Implement strategic marketing plans
Conduct regular store visits to review operations, staff performance, and customer service

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Retail Operations management, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry

Have a passion for retail and be able to engage with the Retail team on the ground

Independent worker and a self‑motivator

Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
