About this role :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. You will have a chance to make a direct impact for our consumers by providing visibility on competitor actions and ensuring that our customers get the best deals. As a team that is still developing, you will have the opportunity to provide input and feedback on how to improve our current processes and streamline our operations

What you'll do：

Product understanding : Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and specifications to accurately match them with competitor products

Mapping : Run the mapping process daily (Reviewing and mapping products)

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor actions and proactively highlight things that might affect our business

Suggest areas for improvement in current processes

Draft out and improve existing SOPs

What you'll need：

Attention to detail and a focus on delivering highly accurate work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving business priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google sheets is a plus

Proficiency in English and at least one Asian language is a plus.

Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
