As a Senior Manager / Manager - Supplier Development at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Responsibility for the definition of dedicated supplier development projects and their timely and task-oriented execution Provide leadership (direct reports) to a supplier development engineer.
• Develop strategy roadmaps for supplier development in accordance with the respective valid operating instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Responsible for aligning the technical supplier requirements with global procurement guidelines Development of supplier relationship trainings.
• Work closely with the R&D team to understand technical requirements of future products and include them into the systematic scouting for new technology suppliers. Work with other functional teams such as Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement etc. to improve the consolidated regular supplier feedback.
• Review of business processes regarding opportunities for more efficiency and optimization, with the goal of improving cost-effectiveness and RooA.
