Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the in-country activation of digital marketing campaigns. This role will collaborate closely with regional IF&L Digital Specialists and Customer Experience teams to drive our transformation toward data- and insights-driven marketing. The goal is to enhance marketing effectiveness through the deployment of centralized tools, analytics, and benchmarks while ensuring seamless execution of targeted, automated digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute local digital marketing campaigns in alignment with regional strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, automated marketing initiatives.
Ensure effective implementation of digital tools, analytics, and reporting benchmarks.
Support customer journey optimization and digital experience improvements.
Partner with creative, media, and digital agencies to execute integrated campaigns.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of automated marketing, customer journey design , and data-driven marketing .
Proven experience managing or collaborating with creative, media, or digital agencies .
Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
