Ensure that the reception of the Purchase Order (PO) up to the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) is at expected levels of Quality, Lead Times, and Profitability, while maintaining a high-quality relationship with the Customer, contributing to its complete satisfaction. Oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards, while also managing internal stakeholders and resources.
Main Tasks
- To contribute to the pre-sale activities to evaluate and mitigate risks and associated costs.
- Contributes to the preparation of the Technical Specifications Book and the Analytical Worksheet, coordinating with Sales, Sales-Support Team, and Integration PM.
- Creating and managing project schedules and budgets, monitoring project progress, and adjusting as needed.
- Maintaining regular communication with internal stakeholders, including management and PM team members.
- Ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and strategies.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Calculate and prepare the financial expectations for each project (margin, cash position curve).
- Review designs and progress meetings to ensure that specifications and technical choices meet Customer expectations and the project’s profitability targets.
- Ensures that the engineering, supply, assembly, testing, and FAT processes are within the cost and lead time targets and alerts the management team if there is any anticipation of any significant deviations.
- Manage the administrative sides of the project and ensure that payment terms are respected.
- Prepares monthly reviews in coordination with financial control and relevant team heads.
- Manages changing orders, provides quotes, and ensures proper validation in case the deliverables are modified compared to what was initially sold and approved internally.
- Collaborates with Sales Administration and PM Integration to anticipate and mitigate shipment and transport problems.
- Ensure that the project is executed following Serac ISO processes and tools.
- Manage trading machine suppliers, performing weekly follow-up, and attending machine tests.
- Coordinate and facilitate site activities in close collaboration with Customer Service teams during commissioning.
- Traveling nationally and overseas to participate in trainings, FAT, and SAT when deemed necessary.
