Responsibilities

• Add expected salary to your profile for insights
• To practice proper Appearance, Wording and Manner whenever on duty
• To welcome customer and listen to their concern
• To practice Cashier’s 5-Step consistently
• To solve problems at checkout counter with efficiency (inquiries, void item, cancel sale, post void etc)
• Follow all scanning procedures
• Customer Satisfaction : respond positively and professionally to customer’s questions, queries, feedback or requests
• Organization Efficiency : play an active role to ensure the safety of storage, sales floor, merchandise and people in the store
• Control the merchandise flow according to cashier’s procedures
• Ensure proper usage of all Company’s assets
• Ensure sufficient paper roll on each POS
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards at cash register
• To report to immediate superior any faulty or damaged asset
• Employee training and development : participate in any assessment or performance review conducted
• To participate in any training activities being assigned
• Financial Performance : Protect all information pertaining to financial statements and data
