Job descriptionFresh Graduates are welcome to apply! Relevant Experience : Relevant working experience in Marketing, Sales, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service. Language : Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients. Personality : We welcome a young, bold, enthusiastic persona with a passion for sales. Candidates should possess a good personality, be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, and possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills. Attractive remuneration package : Basic RM 3-4K + Commission. Uncapped Sales Incentive of up to RM 7,000. Comprehensive on-the-job training with 1-to-1 guidance. - Proactively contact prospective clients through various methods, including cold calling, lead generation, online research, and proposal submissions.
- Generate appointments and explore business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and provide clients with updated promotional campaigns.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development goals.
- Stay updated on the company’s services and continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
