Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Treasury IT team to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
- Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Treasury division to align with the organization's goals.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of treasury systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology solutions that support business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to IT operations.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of quality services and products.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide leadership in adopting new technologies and best practices within the financial services industry.
