Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Treasury IT team to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
  • Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Treasury division to align with the organization's goals.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of treasury systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology solutions that support business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to IT operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of quality services and products.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Provide leadership in adopting new technologies and best practices within the financial services industry.

Qualifications

  • Educational qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing IT systems within the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining treasury-related technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in technology and finance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
