Role

Your Role in VT Markets : As a Business Development Executive , you will report to the Business Development Team Lead within our Sales team (GCN Team) and be based in Malaysia with a primary focus on the Greater China market (GCN) . You will collaborate closely with the GCN Marketing team to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service to our Mandarin-speaking clients. Your critical impact will be expanding VT Markets\' presence in the GCN while providing outstanding support that builds long-term client relationships and drives revenue growth through superior customer experience and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share in the great China market (GCN)
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving issues via live chat, email, and phone promptly with professional Mandarin communication
• Address client queries and provide comprehensive information about trading platforms, services, and market opportunities
• Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with our Forex products, market trends, and industry developments. Articulate the benefits of our services to clients
• Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional results
• Collaboration : Work closely with our research, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on business development activities and market insights
