An International PMC hiring for multiple vacancies for Senior Project Managers (CSA), Senior Project Managers (MEP) and Senior Construction Managers, must have Data Centre Construction Experience to be based in KL / Cyberjaya / Johor Bahru. Client is an international PMC involved in multiple data centre construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the review and management of CSA tender scope, ensuring technical and programme compliance from tender issuance through to award.
- Coordinate with design consultants and internal stakeholders to align tender documentation with project requirements.
- Evaluate contractor submissions for compliance, value engineering opportunities, and programme feasibility.
- Early Works Management
Prepare and manage early works tender packages, including direct negotiations where applicable.
Oversee execution of early works, including :Piling and pile capsIn-ground servicesSite setup and logisticsReview and coordination of drawings and WS3-4 design drawings
Ensure compliance with AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) requirements for commencement of works.Lead CSA scope from pre-construction through to early works completion.Interface with client, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and quality.Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Candidate PreferencesMinimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on CSA works.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the construction phase of a high-profile data centre project in Malaysia. The successful candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed in accordance with the project programme, budget, quality standards, statutory requirements, and client expectations. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, technical expertise in data centre or industrial construction, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage on-site construction activities for the assigned data centre project, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and within budget.Oversee and coordinate the performance of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.Implement and maintain effective site management practices in accordance with PMC procedures.Monitor project progress against the programme, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.Manage cost, programme, construction quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and materials submissions in compliance with project and statutory requirements.Ensure full compliance with Malaysian construction laws, regulations, and statutory approvals.Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.Prepare and submit regular site progress reports, risk assessments, and other project documentation to senior management and clients.Requirements
