Job Description

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Duties

• This position reports to Area Sales Manager
• Liaise with customer in order to present and promote the company\'s product
• Oversee all aspects of marketing programs and coordinate with an assigned account on promotional and administration matters.
• Service the existing customer base and explore new markets for company products.
• Compile and analyze sales reports as well as carry out trend analysis of customer preference.
• Assist in setting up various roadshows, corporate promotions, and events nationwide
• Observe consumer and dealer market and movement in market trends and report to sales & marketing manager.
• Handle complaints, suggestions, and problems of company\'s product
• Ensure target achievement on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Secondary duties

Skills / Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail Hardware / Paints or equivalent.
