Job description

Requirements

  • Freshgraduate welcome (SPM / Diploma / Degree).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Can speak fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to work in Rotational Shift 24 / 7.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not always required.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication : Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries related to onboarding.
  • Account Management Assistance : Help customers verify their identity and submit necessary documentation.
  • Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during onboarding.
