Provide professional beauty treatments and personalized consultation to customers.

Recommend suitable treatments and products based on customers’ needs and preferences.

Deliver excellent after-sales service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve requests in a timely and professional manner.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve centre sales and performance targets.

Ensure a high standard of service quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction at all times.
