Quality Engineer

Overview

Join Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd as a Quality Engineer based in Kamunting Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that our customers expect from our medical devices. As a key member of the Quality Assurance & Control team, you will work collaboratively to ensure our manufacturing processes and end-products meet or exceed all regulatory requirements. What you'll be doing

Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality control processes and procedures to identify, analyse, and resolve quality issues Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications Analyse data and generate detailed reports to track quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards, and ensure the company\'s quality management system meets all applicable requirements Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on quality control best practices Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company\'s quality culture and commitment to excellence What we\'re looking for

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industries Thorough understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and quality control techniques Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in using quality control software and data analysis tools Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485, GMP) What we offer
