NOC Network Engineer

Overview

• Provide first level response to customer and follow escalation procedure when needed
• Liaise with both internal & external parties in assist customer projects in daily operation
• Maintain and operate SDN / SDWAN Portal to meet customer requirement
• Maintain equipment inventory at up-to-date standard
• Handle phone-in, email, instant message of support enquires in using our services
• Monitoring corporate backbone network and proceed fault escalation accordingly
• Be part of a NOC Team that provides support in a shift rotation basis
