Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic business development team. The ideal candidate will provide critical support in managing sales-related documentation, resolving accounts receivable issues, ensuring compliance, preparing introductory presentations, handling contracts, and organizing cloud / AI events. This role is essential in streamlining sales processes and enhancing the efficiency of our sales operations.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain all sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficient processing
Assist in resolving AR issues by monitoring payments and liaising with relevant departments
Ensure sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Create and maintain compelling introductory sales presentations and decks
Manage the contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution, ensuring compliance and tracking milestones
Plan and execute successful cloud / AI events, coordinating logistics and managing budgets
Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Doc)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
RM 4K - RM 5K monthly salary based on experience
Travel to Singapore regularly for Google events
