Overview
tigerlab is a software provider of white-label solutions for insurance companies, MGAs, brokers, and intermediaries. We offer a web-based insurance software called i2go that allows businesses to manage policies, leads, business partners, and claims easily. Our full suite includes online quote / sales systems, customer service portals, claim modules, and comprehensive back-office features. We’re redefining how people interact with insurance products and we’re looking for a creative Junior UI / UX Designer to join our team.
We’re looking for a candidate who can contribute to an evolving design system and create user-friendly digital experiences for insurers, brokers, underwriters, and policyholders.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers & stakeholders.
- Contribute to design systems and improve user journeys.
- Present design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Occasionally support branding & presales mockups.
