About the Role
We are looking for a UI / UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience who can work independently or collaboratively with the team across the full design process—from understanding product requirements to wireframing, prototyping, and delivering polished UI designs.
This role is ideal for someone with both aesthetic sensitivity and strong UX thinking, who is passionate about crafting user-friendly, visually engaging mobile app experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with the Product team, UI / UX Lead and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs
- Translate product goals and user insights into user flows, wireframes, and low- or mid-fidelity prototypes
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand style and visual guidelines
- Ensure a strong balance between aesthetics, usability, and functionality
- Create responsive designs that work well across different screen sizes (mobile, tablet, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with developers and design QA during handoff and implementation to ensure design quality is maintained
- Contribute to and help maintain our design system and UI component library
Requirements :
3–4 years of experience in UI / UX design for digital productsProficient in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe XD)Strong visual design sense (layout, typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy)Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practicesExperience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks without heavy supervisionStrong communication skills—able to explain design decisions clearly to team members and stakeholdersNice to Have (Bonus) :
