About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on (Senior) Project Manager to lead and deliver special projects across compliance, finance, and process optimization. This role is designed for a pragmatic problem solver who can balance regulatory needs with operational efficiency, ensuring that compliance supports business growth rather than slows it down.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects with focus on compliance, finance, automation, and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement pragmatic compliance frameworks tailored to a fast-scaling environment
• Analyze and optimize business processes, introducing automation and tools where beneficial.
• Support finance-related initiatives such as reporting improvements, system integrations, or investor requests.
• Act as a bridge between regulatory requirements and business objectives, ensuring solutions are both compliant and efficient.
• Manage selected projects in the area of compliance (e.g. ISO audits) and other areas
