• Project director function in project execution with technical and commercial responsibility
• Building up a hydropower team with various disciplines for project execution
• Proposal preparation for technical aspects
• Representation of the company in the hydropower sector with clients in South-East Asia and Asia
• Development of business in the hydropower sector with local engineers
• Quality Control and Quality assurance
