Marketing Data Analyst
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support our regional marketing team through data-driven insights, reporting, and process coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in Excel , and comfortable managing multiple workstreams across markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Data Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with stakeholders across multiple teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools.Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain marketing and content performance trackers using Excel (pivot tables, linked sheets, formulas).Generate summary reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, productivity, and KPIs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and follow-ups on marketing initiatives.Support project planning, data consolidation, and regular reporting across regional markets.Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.Assist in preparing presentations and performance summaries for leadership reviews.Seniority Level
