Ensure Quality Control and Continuous Improvement Supervise the creation of communication materials, including newsletters, reports, speeches, and press kits. Oversee content for the company website, social media, and other digital platforms. Coordinate and Collaborate with Clinical Teams Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. Participate in clinical meetings and decision-making processes regarding patient care and treatment protocols. Monitor and Maintain Equipment and Facilities Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of dialysis equipment and the overall facility. Oversee the procurement and management of medical supplies and dialysis equipment. Promote Technological Advancements Stay updated with the latest hemodialysis technologies, treatments, and best practices. Introduce new technologies and treatments as appropriate to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field. Specialized certification or training in hemodialysis care and management is a plus. At least 7-10 years of experience in healthcare management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a hemodialysis setting. Experience in operational management, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment.
