Position Title : NPI / Program Manager

Tenure : Permanent

Remuneration : RM10,000-RM15,000

Job Description

Review new programs, special requirements and production capabilities
Conduct meetings, work with other teams for new product / process development
Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate cost for sample and manufacturing support
Lead supplier development / quality improvement for new products
Work closely with other departments / vendors on manufacturing capability, capacity, quality assurance, new processes
Liaise with customer on manufacturing capabilities, processes, specifications, prepare DFM
Ensure samples, customer trial build delivery are on schedule
Prepare production quantity for proto and evaluation builds until mass production
Prepare manufacturing cost estimates of new products, capital investments, resources and other requirements to make the program successful

Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 8 Years Work Location : Johor Salary Range : RM10,000 - RM15,000
