The new role

Working closely with the QA team, you will be accountable for defining, developing and designing test cases to be executed on our testing platform in parallel to the design on new features on the Salesforce platform. You will act as a release manager by overseeing all stages of software development and configuration including all aspects of UX, security and performance. Actively troubleshoot issues reported by global users to establish long-term solutions in line with test case quality and execution quality.

Requirements to succeed

To secure a placement, you must hold a degree in IT or Computer Science with a CGPA of at least 3.5 or equivalent. Expected to have prior experience or strong understanding in the 4 main pillars of testing and QA. You should possess basic coding skills as well as business process understanding in the sales area. Technical competency using Salesforce or SAP will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should deliver excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, be collaborative and able to work in an agile and multicultural environment.
