Job descriptionSalary : RM 30 per hour / approximately RM 5200 per month (Thai Baht will be converted) Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, 12 days annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, medical coverage, and insurance Entitled to 2 days off per week, rotating any day Public holidays and off days as per country served (US) Paid replacement leaves Answer calls promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner Render accurate meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and polite expressions Maintain professionalism throughout the call Be punctual and available during scheduled work hours Follow client instructions and protocol to meet expectations, avoiding interaction with LEP without permission Purely interpretation (English to native language and vice versa) No escalation handling or resolution provision; contact for such matters
We are looking for Language Interpreters :
Period of Employment : Permanent / Open to Malaysian Citizens or Thais only
Working Hours : 40 hours per week / based on schedule / (Permanent night shift)
Work Station : Work from home
Job Requirements :
- Excellent English and fluent in native language (reading & writing)
- Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions
- Malaysian Nationals and Thais / Permanent residents with sound knowledge of both languages
- Must be able to work from home for 9 hours according to schedule (shift between 8pm – 8am for Malaysians, 7pm - 7am for Thais, including a 1-hour break)
- Own a stable home internet connection (minimum 5MB download and 1MB upload speed)
- Own a mobile phone (Android version 6 and above or iOS 12 and above)
- Willing to work permanent night shifts, including public holidays and weekends
