Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring parking facilities through CCTV, reporting issues, and preparing relevant reports.
  • Ensure the carpark system is functioning properly and assist with troubleshooting in the event of a breakdown.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma / Degree or working experience in call center, customer service, tele sales, etc.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer skills. (Microsoft office)
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (verbal & writing). Ability to speak other language is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking & problem solving skills.
  • Work in team & able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in shift rotations (am / pm / midnight shift) to ensure we have 24 / 7 service levels.
  • Willing to work on public holidays and weekends.
  • Perform any other duties as instructed by the company, Board of Directors, Group CEO or your immediate Superior.
