What is your mission?
To serve as the account manager and first point of contact to business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through online marketingManage business inquiries via phone, e-mail and / or live chatProvide outstanding service and support to client's advertisers, publishers and usersProvide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role with your client portfolioImplement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other productsProvide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experienceAny other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management within your category of employment and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCXWho are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any fieldPreferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to applyPassion and a genuine interest in online marketingAbility to work in an organized and structured mannerCreative mindset and good understanding of client’s needsAnalytical skills and a logical mindsetStrong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting marketSalary and application insights
