Jewellery Retail Associate

Overview

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the retail store with product recommendations. Introduce and explain jewellery and diamond pieces in a professional and engaging manner. Manage retail sales transactions, stock arrangement, and store display. Prepare product information, pricing, and promotions. Maintain updated knowledge of diamonds, jewellery products, and industry trends. Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the brand image.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.

Confident and presentable.

Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and / or Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Passionate about jewellery, diamonds, and customer engagement.

Willing to work 5 days per week during retail hours, including weekends.

Willing to work overtime if needed.

Attractive salary with commission

5-day work week
