| Oil and Gas experience is a must | UAE based role Manage quality activities in line with Project QMS requirements during design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning. Responsibilities

Ensure compliance of all Contractors and Vendors with the Project Quality Management System requirements Participate in audits on Engineering Contractor, Vendors, and Construction Contractors Monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure the quality performance of various Contractors Provide support and guidance to the Project team members on matters related to QA / QC Support the Quality Team Lead in planning, coordination, and supervision of inspection activities Responsible for approving Vendors\' quality documents, including Quality procedures and Mill Test Certificates Attend the pre-inspection meetings at Vendor premises, ensure Third-Party Inspectors have adequate experience and qualifications for the task, and monitor Third-Party Inspectors\' performance Lead the team of Inspectors on site, responsible for the monitoring of Construction Contractor activities on site Ensure competent resources are deployed by the Construction Contractor on site Ensure that activities carried out by the Construction Contractor are conducted in accordance with approved method statements and technical standards requirements Qualifications

15 years of experience Preferably, experience in witnessing Factory Acceptance Tests of various types of valves, pumps, compressors, and static equipment Experience as a Certified Welding Inspector in the Oil & Gas industries Seniority level
