Sales Admin / Coordinator in Semenyih

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in daily operations.
• Assist in sales queries via phone, email, and other communication tools.
• Assist in quotation and follow up.
• Salary ranging from RM2000 to RM2300 depending on experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Added advantage if proficient in Autocount.
• Carry out administrative tasks, prepare delivery documents, daily sales reports, invoicing, sales transactions, correspondence with customers, support logistic arrangement, support operation department required report, filing documents, etc.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
• Added advantage if able to speak and read Mandarin.
