Work Location : IOI City, Putrajaya

Work Arrangement : Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Experience : Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer, with exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of development processes including testing, code quality, and system design. Experience in a technical leadership capacity within a project is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

• Support business operations by configuring systems or developing new features within Java applications.
• Monitor application performance and ensure high responsiveness and reliability.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving code quality, with a focus on test automation.
• Stay updated with technology trends and propose solutions that enhance productivity and business efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for development and production support processes.

Preferred Industry Background

Experience in the Finance, Banking, or Insurance sectors is highly desirable. Prior exposure to production support and interaction with business users is an added advantage.
