Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The QA Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and ensuring successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating material related quality issue by providing timely containment, corrective & preventive actions.
• Validate effectiveness of line controls and sustainability of the actions committed by Supplier.
• Assess robustness of process, procedure, and controls to work on improvements internally and with Supplier.
• Review external and internal quality indicator. Drive Supplier for line compliance and continuous improvement.
• Involve in NPI activity to ensure new material qualification is addressed correctly by NPI and without any gap.
• Monitor and ensure product quality and process consistency throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct process audits, analyze findings, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support process validation, capability studies, and statistical process control (SPC) initiatives.
• Prepare and present quality data, metrics, and reports to management and stakeholders.
