Job Purpose
You will be the first employee on the ground in Malaysia , serving as the primary architect of their payment infrastructure . Your mission is to proactively build, negotiate, and manage high-stakes strategic alliances with Tier-1 banks and licensed Financial Institutions (FIs).

Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Acquisition (BD) : Act as the face of the company, proactively identifying, negotiating, and closing deals with major banks and FIs to secure new payment channels.
- Operational & Product Strategy : Ensure the seamless integration of new partners and optimize payment processes for efficiency.
- Regulatory Engagement : Engage directly with local regulators (BNM) to ensure all cross-border fund movements comply with Malaysian laws.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with our global Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to align local strategy with global goals.
Mandatory Requirements
Must demonstrate a "hunter" mindset and be experts in B2B payment infrastructure .Experience Floor : Minimum 7+ years of directly relevant Business Development or partnership experience within financial services.Core Expertise : Must be an expert in the B2B cross-border payments domain , with a deep understanding of clearing and settlement processes .Target Background : Proven track record of developing partnerships with major banks' Global Transaction Banking (GTB) or Financial Institutions (FI) teams.Language : Ability to communicate in Mandarin for direct communication with the CEO and China HQ team.Application Questions
