Audit & Risk Management
- Responsible to assist in conducting risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, standard operating policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- To provide internal control assurance by conducting review of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in mitigating principal business and operational risks.
- Have to identify areas of improvement, develop recommendations for improvement and perform follow-up review to ensure timely implementation of the agreed audit recommendation.
- Have to prepare reports and communicate audit findings to the Audit Manager / process owners, as well as provide value added recommendations and solutions.
- To assist superior in developing audit programs to facilitate the execution of the audit assignments, following-up on open audit issues as well as preparing concise audit reports with value-added recommendations to improve the Company's internal control system, risk management processes, governance practices and others compliance requirements.
Project Management Office
Perform administration and support duties such as document management, meeting minutes and others for the Unit.Initiate and raise eMemo and ePR relating to the Unit in the Finance EPR System, ensuring timely submission and proper alignment with budget and procurement policy guideline.Respond to requests from internal stakeholders by providing timely support, sharing relevant documentation, coordinating information flow, and escalating issues when necessary.Job requirements
Critical thinking skills are essential and ability to multi-task as well as multi-function.Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Bahasa Melayu.High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.Strong attention to details and ability to follow-through with a high level of accuracy.Positive and proactive attitude as well as emotionally intelligent are crucial.Team oriented mindsetComputer skills : Microsoft Office Word, Power Point and Excel.Degree / Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or other relateddiscipline.
0–2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Structuredinternship experience is preferred.
