Requirements
- SPM / STPM / Certificate in any field.
- Fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree) are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Experience candidates is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Experience in dealing with customers by telephone.Good communication abilities both written and verbal.Responsible to call customers and collect / remind the payment for overdue bills.To achieve individual and group targets.Persuade, negotiate and work with customers to make workable repayment arrangements.Ensure the accounts are worked and followed up thoroughly and in a timely manner.Benefits
