Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop secure, scalable solutions using Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps Canvas applications.
• Implement RBAC across multiple workspaces to ensure secure access and data governance.
• Integrate Microsoft AI models and Copilot Studio to enhance user experience and automation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards with secure publishing and role-based access for stakeholders.
• Build a proof-of-concept (POC) agent using Copilot Studio with capabilities to :
• Receive emails (trigger),
• Topic handling (orchestration and reasoning)
• Compare for existing items (Knowledge)
• Cache / Memory (function / dataverse)
• Route for human approval (Automated Flow)
• Update the Power App accordingly (Responses)
