Tasks & Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business, hunting for new opportunities and closing deals.
- Conduct customer visits on a weekly basis.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries or requests.
- Prepare and demonstrate technical concepts and product information to customers, collaborating with the Technical Department if required.
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers and partners.
- Take ownership of revenue, profits and ensure to achieve the defined sales targets.
- Promote and market Balluff products and solutions across various channels.
- Plan, organize and participate in trade fairs, trainings, road shows and other events.
- Gather and provide feedback on market intelligence for competitor activities.
- Must be able to conduct a live event and deliver product presentation to the customer effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidate must possess at least a minimum of Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics & Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant certifications.Minimum 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates with passion and drive are also encouraged to apply!Achieve annual sales targets and actively develop new business opportunities.Identify and acquire new leads, driving business development initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Plan customer visits and submit a weekly visit plan.Weekly report to sales team on every Friday.Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an added advantage based on business requirement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
