Product Quality Manager

Responsibilities

Customer requirement customer review : Participate in customer standard review, determine customer project quality requirements, import quality control plan and follow up. Define Customer quality control plan, and tracking each product station follow plan. Participate in and review the Design Review Report of each stage of the project, put forward improvement suggestions from the perspective of quality based on cases, and track the control of each stage. Participate in risk assessment, organize and discuss test and control plans for new functions and devices, stage verification and closed-loop tracking. According to the Quality Control Plan, conduct the access review of each major gateing of the project and track the closure of key problems. According to the project stage, prepare the IQC Control Plan, and approved the materials according to the Approval datasheet process. Tracking the production line : cooperate with the phase trial run tracking of the project, import control plan and feed back trail run quality report. Shipment quality control and batch quality problem and processing plant review and treatment. Responsible for accompanying customers to on-site audit, trial production tracking and handling of key abnormal problems. Leading the customer complaint process and closed the 8D / SCAR. Lead to follow up the formulation of reliability test standards, develop reliability test plans, track reliability test problems. Qualifications

At least 5 years working experience in mobile phone / PAD or related communication industry or electronic quality engineering. Experience in automotive electronics is preferred. Familiar with communication development process, experience in PCBA or assembly production quality control. Understand the testing standards and methods of communication product. Familiar with appearance standards, reliability standards and test methods of automotive electronic products. Proficient in English and Mandarin. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
