Your Role - Client Service Lead
As the Client Service Lead for Southeast Asia, you will take ownership of managing the senior campaign management function across the region. This role is focused on leading and supporting three Senior Campaign Managers, each with their own campaign management teams, to deliver flawless execution of influencer and branded content campaigns.
You will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure seamless delivery, balanced workloads, and exceptional client outcomes. Acting as both a strategic partner and people leader, you will champion operational excellence, professional growth, and a high-performing culture across the campaign management organisation.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management
- Directly manage and support three Senior Campaign Managers, overseeing their teams' workload and priorities.
- Balance resource allocation across teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely campaign delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Senior CMs, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across campaign management teams.
Strategic Oversight
Oversee the execution of multiple high-value influencer and branded content campaigns at a regional level.Partner with Senior CMs to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results aligned with client goals and Fabulate's standards.Drive process optimisation, workflow consistency, and adoption of best practices across SEA campaign management.Use analytics and reporting to track overall team performance and identify areas for improvement.Client Engagement and Collaboration
Act as a senior escalation point for campaign delivery issues, ensuring challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.Work closely withAccount Directors (ADs)
, who are client-facing, to align campaign execution with client strategies and business priorities.
Provide ADs with visibility on workload, team capacity, and performance, ensuring client expectations are consistently met.Support the Client Services and Sales teams in scoping new campaigns and resource planning.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to enhance campaign delivery and client outcomes.Provide structured feedback to improve Fabulate's influencer marketing platform and processes.Contribute to regional strategy, identifying growth opportunities and aligning team capacity with business needs.The Ideal Candidate
6–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital media (agency, brand, or platform-side).Proven track record in leading managers or senior-level team members, with strong people leadership and coaching skills.Demonstrated success in overseeing multiple complex influencer campaigns at scale.Strong understanding of the SEA creator economy, social media trends, and branded content strategies.Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Highly analytical and data-driven, with comfort using performance metrics to guide decisions.Experience with influencer platforms (Fabulate, Tagger, Aspire, etc.) preferred.Why Join Fabulate?
