What You'll Be Doing :
- Analyse client requirements and prepare solutions that meet their needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software application and reporting errors.
- Provide client support for software applications, databases, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Deliver internal and external technical training for clients.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure software and reports are stable before delivery.
- Offer recommendations on application usage and solutions for reported issues.
- Assist in enhancing software applications to meet evolving market requirements.
- Monitor and maintain issue tracking within the helpdesk system.
