About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaker) at Foundever, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This full-time role is based in our Kuala Lumpur office, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the management team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both English and Korean, with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer enquiries
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent listening and empathy skills to understand and address customer needs
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
