More than 8 years of relevant work experience, major equivalent

Education : Bachelor's degree

Candidate Profile :

Male, holding a bachelor's degree, with major-related experience. Experience in electromechanical companies is preferred. Fluent in spoken Chinese and English is preferred.

Requirements

• Responsible for reviewing HVAC professional drawings and ensuring compliance with local construction technology standards.
• Prepare HVAC professional construction plans, conduct technical disclosures, and oversee on-site quality management.
• Proficient in CAD for drawing modifications and completing as-built drawings.
• Review subcontractor monthly project completion quantities.
• Manage accounting drawings, materials, and submit procurement plans.
• Conduct material inspections and submit relevant data.
• Manage subcontracting teams and coordinate construction activities.
• Perform construction quality inspections and ensure timely process control.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
• Report major HVAC-related problems promptly.
